1. "Three racks" installation process for power distribution lines
1.1 Installation of section and branch switch lead frame
Process specification:
1. The cross arm and support of each layer should be parallel, and the left and right skew and the up and down skew should not be greater than 1% of the total length of the cross arm.
2. The three-phase leads should be arranged neatly, the arcs should be parallel and consistent, and the distance between the lead fixing points should not exceed 1.5m.
3. The electrical connection of each contact should be tight, and the connection between the terminal and the lead should be equipment clamp or terminal. When the lead is 150mm2 and above, the equipment clamp or terminal and the terminal should be fixed with 2 bolts. When using equipment clamps, the wires entering the equipment clamps should be wrapped with aluminum tape first.
4. The lead wires of the equipment on the pole should be 10KV insulated wires.
5. The switch and supporting frame should have at least 2 fixed points.
6. The switch should be installed on the side that is easy for personnel to reach and operate.
1.2 Installation of cable lead frame with knife switch
Process specification:
1. The cross arms and supports of each layer should be parallel, and the left and right skew, and the up and down skew should not exceed 1% of the total length of the cross arm.
2. The three-phase leads should be arranged neatly, the arcs should be parallel and consistent, and the distance between the lead fixing points should not exceed 1.5m.

5. The mouth of the cable protection pipe shall be sealed with fire-resistant cement.
6. The cable should be hung with a nameplate.
7. The cable support and protection tube should be connected to the grounding device.
